John O’Halloran is President of Fine Arts and Security Services and has been with the company since 1990. Masterpiece, was founded in 1989 and has developed a leading market position in fine arts logistics, providing customs brokerage and international logistics services to museums, art galleries, art fairs, and private collectors through offices located in major international shipping hubs throughout the U.S.

John is a logistics industry expert, whose advice is sought after for professional speaking engagements throughout the world. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Binghamton University (1987) and is a licensed Customs Broker.
