Magnate identified social responsibility as a strategic initiative for 2020 and has built a grassroots program through support by the many passionate members of our team who have volunteered their time to grow the program. We believe our company has an opportunity to help make the world a better place by operating sustainably, with consideration for all people, our planet, and by creating positive outcomes in the communities which we live and serve.
Magnate CARES (C=Community, A=Action, R=Resources, E=Environment, S=Sustainability) is the aggregation and organization of the projects taken on by our companies, teams, and individuals. It includes all the great things we have done so far, and what we plan to do in the future as a company.
The program will reach across each of our companies to form a coalition of dedicated individuals who will lead our efforts with a purpose-driven mission, entrepreneurial approach, and commitment to transparency. We are calling this group the CARES Coalition.
We will organize our efforts around the topics of workplace and environment, community engagement, charities and goodwill efforts, employee action, and volunteer work. Operation Shoebox
MagnateCARES was proud to partner with the Rotary International Club of Hillsborough again to organize an Operation Shoebox USA event at the local YMCA. In all, the volunteers made over 500 holiday care packages for our troops deployed overseas.
2022 Hillsborough Rotary Fair
Magnate was thrilled to be able to support the Hillsborough Rotary Fair for another year by providing volunteers and a donation. Around 700 guests enjoyed free food, rides, and games.
Illinois Youth Leadership Seminars
Illinois Leadership Seminars is a non-profit organization that is working to unleash the leadership potential of Illinois youth. Ukraine Goods Drive
As an expression of solidarity and concern for the young people, families, and communities who are directly impacted by the crisis currently unfolding in Ukraine, Magnate CARES partnered with Hillsborough YMCA and the Rotary Club of Hillsborough to provide much-needed items.
Computers for Haiti
MagnateCARES was proud to partner with All About Motivation & Education (AAME) along with Pinnacle Health and Fitness and Van Cleef Engineering Associates, LLC to equip Haitian schools with computers. We moved almost 200 computers and laptops.

GiGiFIT Acceptance Challenge
Magnate CARES was proud to sponsor the GiGiFIT National Acceptance Challenge. This event benefits GiGi’s Playhouse and the Down Syndrome Community! Our team exceeded our goal, raising $837 in donations and participating in the event from all over the country.
