Frank’s career began over 30 years ago in the assurance group of Ernst & Young. Most recently Frank has served as CFO at the private equity firm of Magnate Capital Partners and prior to that was CFO and Director of Administration at the Synergy Companies, Inc. Frank has significant experience in SEC financial reporting matters, presentations to Boards of Directors, mergers, and acquisitions, asset dispositions, correction of internal control deficiencies, and debt and capital restructuring.
Frank also has extensive experience in other non-financial areas by overseeing the IT, human resource, risk management, and other operational departments. Throughout his career, Frank has demonstrated an excellent record of leadership, interpersonal communication, managerial and technical skills.
